Lovely bed and amazing customer service, but we sent it back after 3 weeks because it just didn’t work for us. Nonetheless I would recommend the SNOO to anyone whose baby likes a swaddle! Our son hated having his arms bound from day one, so I think this is why the SNOO wasn’t right for us. But it’s a great concept. It also looks beautiful (but it’s heavy!), so much nicer than a side sleeper. One other thing to note is that the app notifies you when you need to get the baby, so you can’t really have your phone on silent at night (but I’m sure you could configure notifications from the SNOO app only). Overall a terrific cot but highly specific and not necessarily for every baby.

It's true that not every baby loves snug swaddling, so our SNOO sacks have armholes to allow for arms-free sleep. Parents are also able to adjust their device settings to set notifications to alert even if the device is set to silent.
