I think this would have been most helpful to watch before our kiddo turned two. He's pretty verbal now and easier to reason with. Still found some helpful tips that apply to meltdowns and the end of the day when he's kid of a mess and pretty tired. The video was a tad redundant and could have been more tightly edited so 4 stars for being a bit too long.
Practical strategies for addressing tantrums
This streaming video will test your patience, but if you can sit with it it's so worth it! The information is good but the buffering is bad. Almost like practice for toddler time haha.
